Staff made our visit a real pleasure and experience and Hazel gifted us one of our purchases as a 'random act of kindness'. “I bought about 16 bubble bars and bath bombs from lush this Eid as gifts for my kids and nephews and nieces. Unfortunately 3 of them came damaged in the post. I was a little disappointed and worried as I needed them as quick as possible so I could have them wrapped in time for Eid.
I contacted lush by phone. The lady I spoke to was very apologetic and told me to email pictures of the damaged items. I did so. Within an hour Lush contacted me and offered me a refund for all 3 damaged items with free next day delivery!
I received my parcel at the promised time the following day. Unfortunately two of them were slightly damaged this time also. Again I contacted Lush and expressed my disappointment. This time they offered me a refund.! However I understood that the bubble bars I had chosen were delicate items and didn't really blame Lush for the problem. I refused the refund. I'm extremely happy with their customer service and would definitely recommend others to shop online with them”
“I bought a bath bomb from Lush and it dyed my hand pink! I then emailed the customer service people to tell them and got told that it was my fault and I shouldn't have held it in my hand! I was so appalled by the service I received, I doubt I will ever shop there again”
“My kids always want to go lush, when they get money. The staff are so good with children, even showing them demonstrations of the bath bombs & free sample to try at home. I have also just booked my 8 year old daughter to have a party. In a couple weeks, can't wait to see what it's like.”
