“I bought about 16 bubble bars and bath bombs from lush this Eid as gifts for my kids and nephews and nieces. Unfortunately 3 of them came damaged in the post. I was a little disappointed and worried as I needed them as quick as possible so I could have them wrapped in time for Eid.
I contacted lush by phone. The lady I spoke to was very apologetic and told me to email pictures of the damaged items. I did so. Within an hour Lush contacted me and offered me a refund for all 3 damaged items with free next day delivery!
I received my parcel at the promised time the following day. Unfortunately two of them were slightly damaged this time also. Again I contacted Lush and expressed my disappointment. This time they offered me a refund.! However I understood that the bubble bars I had chosen were delicate items and didn't really blame Lush for the problem. I refused the refund. I'm extremely happy with their customer service and would definitely recommend others to shop online with them”
