“Nordic socks look lovely - but they are not quite what they seem. A lot of money goes into the promoting them, but the product of a very low quality. Two pairs have disintegrated after only wearing them for a couple of weeks. The company maintains that the sock are guaranteed for only 3 months - which speaks for itself in terms of their confidence in their own product. The customer service amounts to a series of highly sophisticated standard communications which are unable to address legitimate concerns about not only the the quality of their product, but also their after sales care. Additionally, the socks are not sold individually so you end up purchasing several pairs - at a not insignificant cost. Only to discover that they are not quite what they seem on their website/instagram etc. They will not accept any returns of new socks.”
“The sock size extra large is too small for a man. It is made in Turkey and contains only 37% wool. There is no customer service phone no or e-mail, no returns policy so if it does not fit you… it is just another bad buy online. Strange that they have so many good reviews ………

“I was scammed $55,000 on March 2024 while on June 2024 I found a crypto scam recovery expert on the internet, so I contacted him via his email and he required me to send all the details of the fake crypto company that scammed me including proofs of payment I made to the crypto scam company and I sent all informations he needed accurately and after some hours the recovery expert got back to me via mail explaining to me that I will only pay for the recovery service charge after my scammed crypto funds are recovered for me successfully and transferred to my own bank account that I will have to pay $1050 for TPM upgrade software fee used for upgrading my trading account to the TPM Account which after this i can initiate my withdrawal and I was also able to see the profits which the scam company was hiding from me, then I paid the $1050 for the TPM upgrade and in 48 hours my scammed $55,000 was transferred to my bank account successfully. “4 packs of xl socks ordered. 3 packs were ok. 1 pack although marked xl were too small. The Company asserted their high quality control and reminded me I had ordered 4 packs of xl socks and that was what they sent. They made many excuses ; complicated pattern suggested stretching the socks requested photos with other socks for comparison, then photos with a tape measure, then a request for measurements. They finally accepted the socks were 5cm shorter than the rest a replacement pack of “tore” socks were sent to me they were also too small. I returned the socks no refund was forthcoming my email went for a time unanswered. I thereforedisputed payment via my card provider. Nordic socks then indicated they were unable to issue a refund until the dispute was closed and I was promised an “immediate refund” I closed the dispute with my card provider 16 days ago. I am still waiting for a refund. Their recent response was “I passed it on””
“I ordered the pack of socks as a gift needed for the 15th. I placed the order on the 28th of Sept and it is now the 13th of Oct. and I still have not received them. The customer service team literally just fob you off. They blame the courier without trying to get to the bottom of it. All I get are silly replies with no merit to them. Perhaps a copy and paste method. The last email I received was:
"Unfortunately, there is still no update in the tracking. As soon as the parcel is reported as a return, we will refund the amount"
I was told that Royal Mail tried to deliver but I have checked my security cameras for the whole day on the 6th when they claim delivery was attempted. And not one person came by to deliver anything. Unfortunately Royal Mail is also as useless as this company. I cannot contact them at all and the tracker has said the same thing for over a week. I have told this company multiple times that RM never tried to deliver but they are just wiping their hands clean of the situation.
I have now gone to Citizens Advice and to my bank and created a dispute to get my money back.
Please if you do not want to throw your money away, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

It is now over two weeks since I ordered. I am 💯 convinced now after reading other reviews that my item was never sent out and they are just making up lies.”
“I ordered large socks but half of order was medium, far too small. Even the larges size are really too tight for my size 10's(UK). Even if they fitted, they are very average socks. Company offered to send replacement. Never delivered but they went to the trouble of setting up a scam tracking site to say they were delivered. They have not replied to my emails since. Avoid them like the plague.”

“I ordered 5 pairs of socks from Nordic Socks 27th December 2020 and have received nothing - there is a Hermes flat image in place of track your order which is static (gives no information). I get lots of promotional emails but no reply to my emails asking about my order - I was warned they were a scam site - looks like they are... #disappointed 🙁🙁🙁”
“Appalling company - avoid
Nordick Socks took over 3 weeks to even hand my order to their courier. As it was now impossible for the order to arrive in time for Christmas, I quite reasonably asked that they cancel the order . They repeatedly ignored this request and then handed the order to their courier anyway. I am now expected to pay postage costs to return the order from the UK to Germany. Also, these socks are no better quality than available elsewhere. Save your money. Shop around for better price and customer service.”
