“I ordered heads for my husbands toothbrush and did not realize there was a difference in the heads between the Pro and Spotlight. The heads did not fit and I was really annoyed. However, Nicola helped me to resolve the problem and she had amazing patience. I now know I will be able to get replacement heads in Boots Pharmacy in Bandon as they are expensive without having to pay postage.”

“I love my spotlight oral care toothbrush but the only thing I would change is if the pause between each quadrant of the mouth was a bit longer. So it allows me to move to the next quadrant smoothly without spraying toothpaste everywhere 😅😅”

“Really pleased with the toothbrush. I've been using Phillips Sonicare brushes since about 2005 but this Spotlight toothbrush feels like an upgrade. Lighter in the hand, a gentler feel and a cleaner sensation overall. It will be interesting to see if it lasts longer than the 2-3 years that was my average with the Phillips units.”

“Best light device for teeth and gums love the red light as well as the blue I already purchased a kit from Qvc but I bought another one from you as I like to use it most days and wanted another one if my first one needs charged I also buy the spotlight toothpaste from boots and would like to know if you could make a whitening pen without hydrogen peroxide as I’ve also tried whitening kits from other brands that don’t contain hydrogen peroxide but I have to admit that the actual device is the best I’ve used yet”

“I have tried lots of teeth whitening strips and other whitening products and spotlight oral care is by far the best that I’ve tried. The strips stay in place really well and aren’t fiddly to put on and they don’t hurt my teeth at all. I’ve seen a good improvement in the colour of my teeth too!”

“Currently we're happy to use it. Timer works fine, pressure sensor as well. Using the first speed and the results are good.
It might be not obvious how to quit timer session (when there is 30sec per quadrant), but it's not an issue. :)
Also, the brush nozzle is tight to put on, but maybe it's a "security thing" for it to be in place.”
