“Started getting really sensitive teeth to the point it was causing me a lot of pain. I bought this and started noticing a difference from day 2. And now, a week later, my teeth feel and look much healthier! I love it and will be buying more of this.”

“I regret to say that I am not very happy with my Spotlight Oral Care. I was looking forward to its arrival but I find it awkward to use especially around the back of my bottom teeth. I also find that I keep touching the buttons and changing the settings in error while using it. I love the look of it but I am glad I didn’t discard my old flosser and am considering reverting to using it again. So sorry for that the review is not more positive On the plus side it’s more attractive and takes up less space than my old one.”

We're sorry to hear that you're not completely satisfied with the product and that you find it awkward to use, especially around the back of your bottom teeth. Regarding the issue with accidentally pressing the buttons and changing the settings, we would suggest holding the brush handle slightly lower down to avoid this. We would also recommend experimenting with the different brushing modes to find the one that works best for you. While we understand that the product may not be the perfect fit for everyone, we hope that you'll continue to give it a try and see if it grows on you. “Customer service is excellent the speed of delivery was fantastic. I have been using the water flosser for a few days and up to now I am very happy and with the discount I felt it was excellent value for money. I regularly use the whitening toothpaste which I love. I have so happy to have discovered this lovely company.”

“I bought the water flosser but it’s taking me quite a bit to get used to it, the water goes everywhere and I’m not sure if I’m getting my back teeth cleaned properly . The team are very quick and helpful in responding to queries.”

“Very quick delivery of order. Products good. My hygienist says she can see a real difference since I have been using the products. Only use this toothpaste now. The new water glosser does take getting used to but cleans well. The toothbrush is amazing”
