“I'm a non-citizen and non-resident; an Australian holding a UK Ancestry visa, about to move to the UK. I bought a property, so far so good, but getting insurance for it proved difficult. UK Insurance NET came to the rescue and managed to find me a policy that would work, despite the property being used as a holiday house. The policy was not cheap mind you, but it did get me out of a jam. Service was really good. Quick and clear communication, both by phone and by follow-up email. Very happy with the result.”

“they ask you to write a review with the promise of a £25 credit except that it is not valid for renewals or amendments which essentially makes it worthless, i presume that it will also expire in the next 7 days”

Firstly, can I thank you for insuring a property through UKinsuranceNET. We were sorry to hear that you were not happy with the terms of our most recent marketing offer. The terms of the offer, we felt, were quite clear in that this was an incentive for existing customers to ask us to insure another (additional) property. I can also confirm that there is no set expiry date, so a customer would be free to use the discount at any time during the next 12 months and at a suitable time when their other property insurance could well fall due for renewal. Once again, I apologise if you have misunderstood the terms of the offer and we will be more than happy to assist you in arranging another property insurance policy and for you to make use of the £25 discount voucher.
