“I've had two properties insured for the last 10 years. Luckily I've never had to claim. I've found UK Insurance Net to be very competitive, offer great cover and are extremely easy to deal with. When you call them someone helpful and polite actually answers. Every member of staff I've spoken to has been friendly and polite and renewing the policy is painless.”

“The broker Jimmy dealt with my quote in a professional manner and was very thorough with my subsequent application. This was a cheaper quote than my previous broker. I would hope that the same will apply next year. I can thoroughly recommend this company!”

“I did speak to a number of advisers over the period of renewing and taking out a new policy. There were a few phone glitches and I did have to repeat some of the information a number of times to the 4 different people I spoke to, but otherwise I would say that they were helpful and always answered any questions I had, even if they didn't know the answer at the time they would find out.”

“The renewal process was very quick, once we had synchronised wrt email addresses etc. I renewed by phone and it was all done in one session. I think I got an economical price, but one thing I can't comment on is the ease, or otherwise, of making a claim, since I've never made one. My "very good" is based only on the policy selection process and price. Hopefully I won't have to test the "claims" bit!”
