First time arranging this type of insurance and found the advisor very informative and helpful. Made the process very easy for me and provided the confidence i needed to proceed with the policy as being the right one for me.

I've had two properties insured for the last 10 years. Luckily I've never had to claim. I've found UK Insurance Net to be very competitive, offer great cover and are extremely easy to deal with. When you call them someone helpful and polite actually answers. Every member of staff I've spoken to has been friendly and polite and renewing the policy is painless.

I was thoroughly informed about my new policy in clear straightforward words. This new policy cost much less than my previous insurers were quoting. I shall definitely obtain a quote when I need to insure anything else.

The broker Jimmy dealt with my quote in a professional manner and was very thorough with my subsequent application. This was a cheaper quote than my previous broker. I would hope that the same will apply next year. I can thoroughly recommend this company!

The advisor that I spoke to took a lot of time to find me the right policy for quite a complicated situation. There was no pressure to take out the policy but a quick response when I decided I needed to act on the advice. Thank you.

I would like to thank Danny who dealt with my renewal, i could not seem to complete the application on line, he helped with the application on the phone. there were many questions i had and he was extremely professional and helpful in allowing me to proceed with the insurance. many thanks for your support

I did speak to a number of advisers over the period of renewing and taking out a new policy. There were a few phone glitches and I did have to repeat some of the information a number of times to the 4 different people I spoke to, but otherwise I would say that they were helpful and always answered any questions I had, even if they didn't know the answer at the time they would find out.

The renewal process was very quick, once we had synchronised wrt email addresses etc. I renewed by phone and it was all done in one session. I think I got an economical price, but one thing I can't comment on is the ease, or otherwise, of making a claim, since I've never made one. My "very good" is based only on the policy selection process and price. Hopefully I won't have to test the "claims" bit!

New website not particularly easy to use. Need a save option before payment demand so can phone you and then go back on line to pay.
