“I am delighted with my Segboard. I have used it and have had positive comments from people who thought it was great.It was a great price for what it is and delivered efficiently and courteously. I would recommend this product.l have saved my pocket money to by this overboard and am thrilled with it.”

“Bought a board and kart bundle for my son who has disabilities. It's amazing to finally see him 'run' around with his peers. Quick delivery and amazing price. Slight issues but they were rectified immediately. Would recommend.”

“A company can always be judged on how it deals with issues. This one sent me the wrong colour item - a simple error and not in itself a big deal, but the best thing was how it comprehensively dealt with me reporting this to them - impeccable customer service and speed of response, I'd definitely buy from them again. Five stars from me.”

“Very easy to understand website. Ordering was straight forward and it was delivered when I expected it. The price is good and was on a par with overseas sellers, especially when considering the addition of the cart conversion kit. Very pleased and would order from UK segboards again.”

“Board/kart monster bundle Delivered exactly on time within 48 hours of ordering. Great value for money and my 12 year old son over the moon.... but within day 1 one of the welds failed on the go kart arm. I phoned the next day, spoke to a really helpful guy, sent a couple of pics and within 48 hours the replacement arm arrived - no quibble. Stuff breaks, bulk manufactured stuff is not 100% quality perfect - the measure of a great company is how they deal with a problem - and these guys were 5 star.”

“Great company. We purchased a Segboard and kart last year, great service then. Unfortunately, recently the front wheel on the kart had completely worn and the straps that attach it to the board needed replacing. I contacted them and without any fuss or hesitation the spare parts where sent. I provided a few photos so they could see the problem. Super customer service, would certainly recommend and also use again. Thank you.”
