“Extremely Disappointed – Charged Twice and No Product Delivered
I placed an order with Umbrella Labs and was charged immediately. Not only was the payment processed quickly, but I was actually charged twice.
It has been a significant amount of time and I still have not received my product. There has been no clear shipping update, no proper tracking information, and no proactive communication from the company explaining the delay.
Charging a customer twice without delivering the product is unacceptable. At the very least, I expect transparency, a clear timeline, and a prompt resolution.
Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend Umbrella Labs based on my experience.”
“Horrible company. Received the product and it was so thick and chunky I couldn’t even draw it out of the bottle. Left several voice messages (because they don’t answer their phone) and emailed, but no response has been received. What a waste of money. Highly recommend you do not buy from them.”
“I included a mistaken item in an order, and tried multiple ways to correct the order before it was shipped: telephone, email, web form. Umbrella did not answer the phone nor return message, and they replied to email cryptically and then did not respond for over a week. They said they could only exchange "for the price" whatever that means, so not having heard from them for several days, I sent a message saying it was fine with me if they wanted to simply fill the order and I would return the mistaken product for a refund or credit. With no reply to me they then shipped the order, and when I asked for return instructions responded with "no exchange or refund, all sales final." Which clearly is what they should have told me from the get-go. (And should post on the website--maybe include a double-check warning prior to payment?)
If you can find your items elsewhere, probably a good idea to skip umbrella. Swisschems or Biolongevity are good places to look.”
