“I included a mistaken item in an order, and tried multiple ways to correct the order before it was shipped: telephone, email, web form. Umbrella did not answer the phone nor return message, and they replied to email cryptically and then did not respond for over a week. They said they could only exchange "for the price" whatever that means, so not having heard from them for several days, I sent a message saying it was fine with me if they wanted to simply fill the order and I would return the mistaken product for a refund or credit. With no reply to me they then shipped the order, and when I asked for return instructions responded with "no exchange or refund, all sales final." Which clearly is what they should have told me from the get-go. (And should post on the website--maybe include a double-check warning prior to payment?)
