“I had ordered a USA cable with a docking station by mistake & didn't realise. John Burns emailed me after i had placed the order (online) letting me know i had ordered a USA cable & if i had meant to. John switched the USA cable with a UK one, refunded the difference & got it shipped to me. I received the correct goods within 2 working days of placing the order even though i had messed up - without having to change anything on the order myself. John sorted eveyrthing. Stellar customer service from John & the team there at Una. Also, would like to thank you for the accurate emails i was sent, letting me know when my goods were dispatched & delivered.”
