This has got to be one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I should have read all the negative reviews before ordering. I ordered a battery for my laptop, and when I received it the date on the battery was 9 months old. They refused to replace it or give me a refund without paying a restocking fee. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole.

Dear Reuben Thank you for your feedback. As explained earlier, we have not offered a replacement as the Lenovo battery that you have received is not faulty. The performance of the battery is not affected by the age of the battery. These batteries only deteriorate a small amount after each charge cycle. A good quality battery will lose approximately 20% capacity after 1000 charges. As this battery has not been used, you should not notice any difference in the capacity. Any replacement Lenovo battery that you receive would likely be a few months old as they are sent from China by sea. They cannot be sent by air as airlines no longer transport batteries, due to security concerns. The battery has a 12 month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase so if you notice any drop in performance, you can contact the manufacturer for a replacement. We have tried to be fair and I always try to think of how I would feel if I was in my customer's situation. Honestly, I think I would accept the explanation above regarding the time it takes to send these batteries by sea from China. I would be comfortable knowing that there is a 12 month manufacturer warranty with the battery, so I would be able to have it replaced if there was ever a fault with the battery. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (this applies to business customers only) which is used to cover the cost of processing a return. Ordered wromg part. Spend 10 pound on a box and return shipping. Gpt told they recieved it 2 days later then took 3 weeks for a refund and hardly any news throughout the whole process.

I wanted a Duracell battery charger for my mother. I wanted one the same as I have which has the model number CEF 22-UK. I checked the Una-Technology website and they showed a picture of the charger which was the same as the one I had. I ordered it and a charger arrived a few days later. The charger I received was Duracell but a different style and had the code CEF 22GBL-3. I went back to the webpage and at the bottom there are two pictures. The first picture was the style of charger I wanted (It's also shown as the main picture when you go to the website). If you click on the second small picture you can see the charger I was sent. In effect they are offering two different styles of charger on the same page of their website. There is no telephone number to contact Una-Technology so I sent an e-mail with the above story. I haven't heard anything from them and that's been a good couple of weeks. I'm about to open the charger I didn't want to see if it works. I've given my original charger to my mother, so at least she's happy. I will not be using Una-Technology again.

Ordered a wireless LAN kit (wlan card, 2x cables, 2x antennas, fittings) from Una, order arrived quite quickly but only 1 antenna was in the box. Sent them an email and took them a week to get back to me. I then requested a refund as I didn’t need it anymore, someone came and collected the item on Friday, a week on Tuesday and still haven’t heard back from them about the refund, chased them down with an email and finally got the refund. Very poor and slow customer service, would not recommend

Item never arrived and UNA wont refund me until UPS investigate as to where it is. I dont see why I should have to wait for my £289 to be refunded if UPS have lost it.

I ordered a bar code scanner and lead, both arrived quickly which was great, unfortunately they didn't work, no power! I then tried to contact the company to organise a return but no answer on the phone, I left two messages with no call back, I also emailed as a back up and haven't heard anything back for two weeks! Terrible service. I shall be returning my items and expecting a full refund now, when I would have been happy to exchange.

Placed an order on Monday at 5pm on a next day delivery. I was not expecting it to be despatched on the Monday as I knew I was late placing the order, but needed the item for Wednesday, so despatch on the Tuesday would have been OK. At 5.30pm on the Tuesday UNA emailed me to say they had made a mistake on the product and they were cancelling the order. Now, I have no problem with an order being cancelled if a mistake had been made, however I do have a problem with how late they left it to tell me they were cancelling the order. They left it so late I was unable to order what I needed from elsewhere. For me that is shockingly poor customer service..

Can of compressed air ordered. Four Brother ink cartridges received, despite packing slip being correct. When company advised of this we were told the courier would collect and he would ring to confirm pick up time. He did not, hence we were out, necessitating a further phone call to arrange pickup of unwanted items and to obtain our simple original order.. Eventually sorted after unnecessary work on our part. As first time customers we were distinctly unimpressed with UNA`s slipshod organisation.

Misleading advertising, rang to order product but company wanted FIVE times the amount they were advertising it at!

This was due to a system error, which affected some Microsoft products listed on our website. We have identified and corrected this error. Ordered product with next day delivery. Several days later there was no product arrived, called contact number and was given an excuse as to why the product hadn't arrived. They then said they'd have to get it sent straight from their supplier and that it would be with me the next day. Another few days passed with no delivery and I called again, they called their supplier and got back to me with the excuse that their supplier had received the order but not shipped!? So I was again assured it would arrive the next day. Order eventually was received almost a fortnight after first placed. This was after a mandatory Next day delivery charge at checkout for the item. I was refunded the next day delivery charge but would not use this company again.
