“Although the prices are competitive the returns process is a nightmare, i won't be buying from them again!”

“The motherboard advertised on the website was different from the one that was sent. I specifically went with Una Tech for the purchase, due to the availability of the specific board I needed. Now i have a board that might work for my purpose, but I could have had it faster and cheaper through another supplier I prefer to use. Not impressed, considering I paid more than what I should have :(”

“Brought the kit from una as web site picture showed tool case and tweezers as well as screw drivers and cable finished up with NO TOOL CASE and NO TWEEZERS am sure this could be flagged up under the trade description act. But I don’t have the time to chase it up. Moral to story take no notice of the picture on Una website cause it’s nothing like the item they send out. Unhappy punter”

“Paid for next day, did not get it next day or even the day after. No problem with that as mistakes happen. What was disappointing was the lack of communication and failure to respond to e mails.”

“Failed to respond to email regarding problems delivering item. Item, when eventually received, was European model without UK mains adaptor despite being ordered in UK from a .co.uk vendor”

“sent the wrong product. had to wait for this to be collected before they sent product originally ordered even though same man from same company did both jobs the next day delivery took a week for product to be delivered. company was apologetic”

Dear Keith Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this order and can see that it was delayed by 1 day and not the 4 days that you stated. Your order was placed on Saturday afternoon and as we operate normal business hours (Monday-Friday), your order was only processed on Monday. It was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, using our standard delivery service which is a next business day courier delivery service for £4.99. Unfortunately, ParcelForce routed your parcel to the wrong depot, so it was delayed by one day as they had to return it to their national hub to be re-routed to your local depot. I appreciate your frustration when an order is delayed, and as it was not delivered on the scheduled day, I am happy to refund the delivery charge. This refund has been processed and should be returned to your account today. If you have any further queries then please do not hesitate to contact me.
