I ordered a new pick up roller for a printer. The correct part was delivered on time. However as I live in Inverness they charged £11.99+VAT for delivery of a part that could have been sent first class for a couple of quid.

I placed my order on a Friday morning, paid for 1-3-day delivery and my card was charged the same day. The item was dispatched the following Tuesday afternoon and arrived on the Wednesday afternoon, which is within the promised 3 working days delivery period. I would say the positives for this company are the good range of products and the competitive prices, although these are somewhat offset by the need always to pay for delivery. The negatives are the lack of a telephone contact number, poor availability of the live chat service and applying the charges in advance of dispatch. Overall then only an acceptable service, based on my experience

Dear Ken Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that you are disappointed with the delivery time of your order. However, I have reviewed your order and can confirm that it was delivered within the quoted delivery time of 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Your order was placed on Friday so Next Business Day delivery would be delivery on Monday. Up to 2 business days would be delivery by Tuesday and 3 business days would be delivery by Wednesday. Your order was delivered on Wednesday, which is within the quoted delivery time. Regarding the live chat being offline, sometimes the live chat is offline when we are busy serving other customers on the web chat. It comes online again once our agents are able to accept additional chats. If we're offline, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Una T could have checked the printer type and model prior to sending the customers request because in my case i got it wrong and was not aware I had ordered the wrong item. the only piece of paper detailing the item was in the package, which had to be opened to retrieve the document, and even then the packing had to be opened before comparing the two printheads - so i'm not happy

They delivered the part I needed promptly the next day! Shipping was expensive, I thought anyway. The one thing that was also annoying was that their online chat finished at 4pm ish & they have no telephone number to ring them, so its something they need to address. Overall service was fine, I got my part when they said so with no frills attached

Cannot fault this companies delivery time but I would have liked to have received the email telling me my item had been dispatched the day before the item was delivered not a couple of hours before delivery, leaving me with the false impression that my item would be delivered the following day. Fortunately I was in when it appeared the same day as the email. This is really unacceptable in online buying practice.

Although delivery was quick, the product has been disappointing due to the double sided fixture strip not being fit for purpose and so I'm unable to attach the document holder to my monitor. I will need to purchase a stronger tape or some other way of attaching to my screen. I can't fault the order process or delivery though so much have just had a dud product maybe.

I have investigated the delay on this order and have discovered that there was one unit left in stock at the time of your order but by the time the order was received by the warehouse that item had sold out. The replacement stock was due the following day but that shipment was delayed and so your order was delayed. Due to the delay on your order I have refunded the delivery charge, please allow 2-3 days for this to be returned by your bank. Delivery was very quick, but trying to get a response to an email is a no show. I have tried to contact regarding returning an item and no one has responded in 3 days as of yet. Come on Una get your customer services sorted please.

All OK, my only comment is that there is no information regarding which delivery company is used; some give a very specific time frame when delivery may be expected.
