Ordered product with next day delivery. Several days later there was no product arrived, called contact number and was given an excuse as to why the product hadn't arrived. They then said they'd have to get it sent straight from their supplier and that it would be with me the next day. Another few days passed with no delivery and I called again, they called their supplier and got back to me with the excuse that their supplier had received the order but not shipped!? So I was again assured it would arrive the next day. Order eventually was received almost a fortnight after first placed. This was after a mandatory Next day delivery charge at checkout for the item. I was refunded the next day delivery charge but would not use this company again.
