“I ordered from Una Technology because theirs was one of the best prices for the hard drive I wanted, and they also offered the speediest delivery without too high a cost (item cost + shipping was still a better price than most. And it did indeed arrive next day, nice and early so no hanging around. I will definitely bookmark their website for future orders.”

“I purchased a new WD 4TB hard drive for my cctv system . It arrived the very next day,but on fitting it was found to be faulty and didn't work. Una Technology's customer service was excellent, they arranged to deliver a new unit and collect the faulty unit on the very next day. I was kept up to date by telephone and everything was arranged by a gentleman called Roger who I must say was more than helpful. Within 2 days of ordering the item it was up and running, with many companies I probably wouldn't have received the original order in that time let alone have it exchanged as well. The price of the item was the cheapest I could find on line and customer service second to none., so thumbs up to Una Technology I would highly recommend this company to anyone. *****”

“This small grill /cooker met its description. It grilled bacon and tomatoes just as I hoped and proved pretty nifty with toast. As there are only two heating elements I needed to move the grill runner slightly to ensure good coverage but what did I expect for under £20? Not quite large enough to heat a full size dinner plate but the problem solved itself as the plate had been heating up by being placed on top of the oven. A real Billy-bargain. Thank you.”

“This is my first experience with this company and it will not be my last. A very prompt service - efficient and very competitive price for the item I purchased. I live in Northern Ireland (part of the U.K.) and very often I find that online companies exclude doing business unless you are from the G.B. Mainland. This can be very frustrating and annoying but Una Technology had the goods at my door 24 hours after I placed the order. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. A pleasure to do business with.”
