Dear Keith Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this order and can see that it was delayed by 1 day and not the 4 days that you stated. Your order was placed on Saturday afternoon and as we operate normal business hours (Monday-Friday), your order was only processed on Monday. It was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, using our standard delivery service which is a next business day courier delivery service for £4.99. Unfortunately, ParcelForce routed your parcel to the wrong depot, so it was delayed by one day as they had to return it to their national hub to be re-routed to your local depot. I appreciate your frustration when an order is delayed, and as it was not delivered on the scheduled day, I am happy to refund the delivery charge. This refund has been processed and should be returned to your account today. If you have any further queries then please do not hesitate to contact me. “I had been searching for a pair of call center headsets and a training lead, I was unsure of the parts needed and the compatibility for my landline phone so I called up and Roger did the rest, I even had a problem with the website paying method ( probably my fault ) and he even sorted that out for me. Superb service thank you.”
