“After placing the order I received ano email of apology to say that the order would be delayed and offered a full refund if I wanted to cancel the order. I replied to ask for a refund on the delivery charge, which they granted without hesitation. The goods were despatched and arrived sooner than the forecasted delayed delivery date.”

“Amazing selection of Ergotron products, so well made. Una Technology had speedy delivery which was fantastic. My only comment is, it would be nice to have an option on delivery that might take longer, but is free, eg. if you spend £100. When you spend over £350 like I did, I think delivery should be free.”

“I am very impressed with their fast reponse and rapid delivery. I placed the order at 12pm, then the product was delivered the next morning. They have very competitive prices for a lot of products, and the customer service was brilliant. They are also authorised seller for Cisco confirmed on Cisco website. I will certainly recommend Una technology to my friends and will order again in the future.”

“Una bent over backwards to help me out with my purchase. I needed some barcode scanners for a trade show. I ordered late on Thursday and they managed to ship Thursday for me. FedEx then tried to deliver Friday and the lady in our office was out to get her lunch so they couldn't deliver. Una then rang me letting me know they hadn't been able to deliver and tried to get the driver back. FedEx couldn't go back but they arranged for me to pickup from the depot. They emailed the depot details etc. I couldn't fault the service at all. I would defiantly recommend.”
