“ Terrible customer service. after being transferred to a call center in India, where the customer service folks didn't speak english only to be told that i could not exchange the shoes for another size until the shoes purchased were returned. returns are taking any where between 2-4 weeks. based on the comment below, likely NOT GOING to take place. ”
