Am trying to get my money back via PayPal as this useless shower have had it for over a month and have delivered absolutely nothing, not even an e-mail of explanation or apology. Avoid them!

I have ordered from this company previously, and like other reviews on here did not hesitate to order again. Yet 6 weeks later I am still awaiting my order!!! I have emailed on numerous occasions and not had a reply, I have also tried to contact them by telephone and no answer. The person that eventually emailed me on Friday was called Sarah and did not even apologise for the delay in my order. She said my order would be dispatched within the next few days, when I emailed today (Wednesday) I was told my order would not be in stock until the end of next week. I therefore cancelled my order and will never use them again. I do not know if they are under new management, but the customer service and the communication with this company is absolutely awful. DO NOT USE this company if you want your order to actually be dispatched to you!!!!! Nicky Bishop

I returned my item for a refund 3 weeks ago and still nothing. I have emailed twice and had no response. I have called by nobody picks up the phone. Avoid at all costs.

Don't bother ordering from Undercover Experience. They really believe they are 'undercover' and tell customers nothing about missing orders or non-refunds. They are an experience all right, but not a good one. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a swimming costume 2 weeks ago. I have not received my item and have had no response to several emails. Have also rung but the phone is never answered. Like many others I wish I had read the reviews first as I have not only not received my order I've wasted 2 weeks waiting!

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. My experience is exactly the same as so many others. This leads to great concern about the legitimacy of this business as they have not bothered to improve their customer service despite the same type of complaints being made over an extended period of time. I get the impression they don't care. They are relying on suckers like me who place an order before reading the company reviews. I hope my review helps others not to make the same mistake. Kathy

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering, I am now in the same position. I placed an order 12.05.2015. I'm still waiting for my order. I have tried to contact them with no response! The only email which I have received from them was to confirm my order. I'm now looking into how long I leave this until I can take action. They need to be stopped and future customers warned of there scam! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Agree with both comment. Was advised my goods would arrive in 7-14 days now on day 15 despite being advised that one of two items was being despatched on day 9 still waiting for either to arrive. Avoid at all costs, they advertise goods for sale that they do not have in stock. Very poor experience

RE: The Undercover Experience; I first emailed the retailer before placing my order online and was offered a 10% discount. However, when I placed and paid for my order, no discount was applied. A few days later I phoned to add one other item to my order. The lady on the phone was curt and seemed bothered that she had to pick up the phone. She told me that both items should arrive together in approximately one week and then she cut me off barely saying goodbye. I frequently checked my Order Details and there was never an amendment made reflecting the discount or the additional item I ordered. My inquiries concerning my order were generally ignored except for one reply in which I was told that they would chase up the manufacturer. After that, I never found out what the manufacturer had to say. Following yet another week, and now it's been nearly a month, I filed a dispute with PayPal and the next day, I received a refund from "The Undercover Experience" with NO explanation, NO apology, no words whatsoever. I'm disappointed because I really wanted the items but communicating with them was like trying to pull hens teeth and they never did explain what the situation actually was. In summary, "The Undercover Experience" has a poorly laid website. They DO NOT tell you if items are "out of stock" or "unavailable" and there is no way to know if your order is even in progress. THEY ARE SELLING ITEMS THEY DON'T STOCK THEMSELVES without any assurance that they can even get them for you. BEWARE!!!

Made an order n November 2017. Never received the items. Despite repeated mails to cancel and refund my order, I have neither received a response nor my money. Extremely frustrated.

I ordered bras on the 17th June and had an email confirming the order. So far no bras and no money taken out of my account. I have telephoned many times with no reply and my emails have been ignored. Does this company exist? Wish that I had read the reviews before I placed the order. The advice from my bank is to cancel my card which will cause me a lot of problems.

placed an order late May. no goods or communication since then. luckily i paid through PAYPAL. they have obtained a refund and closed the dispute, just waiting for money to show in my bank account. NO APOLOGY NO EXPLANATION! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I placed my order on 8 June I haven't received it as yet 29 June , my order history shows that it is in progress however it has not been dispatched as yet whereas the site says delivery within 15 days. However the most frustrating thing is that I've sent them a dozen emails and no response I've also been calling them on a daily basis and once again no response! DISAPPOINTED is the least of what I can say!

As per other reviews on here, I am really disappointed with the delivery service. Order placed on 4th May and it took weeks for 2 of the 3 items to arrive. It is now 8 weeks later and I am still waiting for the 3rd item - sadly won't be using them again

They maybe competitively priced, but their customer service and extremely long wait for an update is ridiculous. This is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. Never again. Am still waiting for my items one month on, finally received a reply to my message, currently out of stock, hope to get items in within a week, if I want to cancel I can. Shoddy, poor customer service.

I made order in the beginning of September, two weeks later I sent a message asking about my order. "Sarah" replied that my order would be shipped soon. Then I waited for a month but I didn't receive my goods. I stared to write messages every day during a week but didn't receive any reply. I paid via Paypal so I sent message through paypal. No result. Now I am just waiting "Sarah's" reply and hoping to return my money back. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

PLEASE AVOID THESE TIME WASTERS I'm another idiot that didn't check the reviews as the website looked ok. How I'm regretting it. No communication whatsoever. They don't answer telephone or email. Doubt whether my order will ever be acknowledged. Payment of course gone through. Companies like this don't deserve your business.

Having ordered from this company before and received good service, I didn't hesitate to order a second time. However, I have been left sorely disappointed and would thoroughly recommend you shop elsewhere. I ordered a bikini in early May. Now, over two months later, I am still waiting for my order and any indication from the company as to when I can expect it. Only one of my emails has been responded to. I was told the missing bottoms would be in stock shortly but this was weeks ago and nothing has arrived. I rang up after three weeks (having been on holiday without my order) and wasn't offered an outright apology or explanation and had to ask them to reimburse me for delivery, which they did. But another six weeks later and I'm still waiting for my delivery. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
