“SCAM!!! Placed an order in February 2023. Have not received unit or a refund. Refund process requires me to give them the "Seed Phrase" for my crypto wallet. BUYER BEWARE! Followed up on status of order with Unigrade in May (3 months after order). Response was "Your order arrived from the manufacturer (In April). Due to high demand, the time for sorting and shipping of the orders may take an additional few days. So, we will provide you tracking number as soon as possible". I have never received a tracking number. Folllowed up in August 2023, received the following response " We would also like to take this opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience caused to you. Your backorder(s) has been cancelled by manufacturer, to receive a refund, please fill out REFUND REQUEST form......"  Refund request requires that I supply my crypto wallet SEED PHRASE, which I will not reveal as it hands them access to my wallet. I have now emailed them two more times as well as tried to use their Chat Bot. No response form any of these efforts. Also the phones are not manned. Date of experience: May 05, 2023”

“I made the order and full payment for an antminer E9 pro on March 31, and I have not received anything nor have they answered me, and now they tell me that to return the money I have to give me the 12 words of my wallet, in order to enter my account and steal everything I have. They are scammers”

“This is a scam site, be careful and don't order here. I placed an order on April 19th and I still haven't received anything, they promised to ship the product overnight, but then the site stopped working and no one replies to my emails, now I see that they are working again, but they are not replying to me anymore”

“This site, unigrade.com, is a scammer in my case. I put order on March 19,2023 and pay the partial pre-payment. On April 11 told me "The shipment is guaranteed to be in the period between April 24 and April 30, 2023" and ask me for full payment. I asked for shipping detail on May 4 2023. He answered "Your order arrived from the manufacturer. Due to high demand, the time for sorting and shipping of the orders may take an additional few days. So, we will provide you tracking number as soon as possible.". After that there's no response when I asked again. The website "unigrade.com" was offline since May 22 2023. Today , July 5 2023, I found the site online again. Be careful when you are going to put any order on this site.”

Dear Benson, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experience with Unigrade. It is clear that there has been a communication breakdown on the part of Unigrade when handling your order which undoubtably has been a source of considerable confusion and frustration to the point where you have cancelled your order. “I ordered bimain miner s19j pro 120th at 17 march 2023 and paid it. After 2 months still don't received my order and money and the site unigrade.com doesn't work. Order #4220123717”
