“They have a wide variety of products, and the prices are very competitive. I have had an experience with them ordering a gaming PC, but there were some delivery delays. I was worried and contacted their customer service team who helped me track the order until it arrived safely. Giving 3 stars for the delay so that you know what you need to improve”

“My new PC was shipped 7 days later and only after I called them twice. They said it was counted in business days not in calendar. Okay, but was it said anywhere on your website before I placed the order??!”

“I ordered a Litecoin Miner L7 from Unigrade and was a bit down with the delivery process. It took time for my order to arrive. I wanted to receive it before my birthday to discuss some details with my friends who could help me with the settings, but it took 1 week longer. Not nice”

“I'm not satisfied with the service I received. I ordered the Gigabyte RTX 4080 graphics card from Unigrade and was disappointed because it took 3 weeks to arrive, which was significantly longer than it was with other stores I used in the past. Moreover, it was hard to track the product. Let's see how it works, if it has some lagging, I'll update my review and send a request for a refund”
