“The laptop works well, but it is a bit too noisy on my impression, I had it run Darks souls 3 which should not put it to its maximum potential but still a lot of noise. The rest seems to work fine except the power button that you really need to drill in to close the circuit.”

“I'm a happy owner of the CKB Miner K7 from Unigrade. It was easy to get one, but the payment process took about 90 minutes(!!!) I wanted to pay with PayPal but then tried btc and got stuck due to some issues with transaction confirmations”

“My PC arrived with a few scratches on it but Unigrade quickly sent me free replacement parts and even a heartfelt apology. Everything works perfectly and the build quality is impressive. “This time, the package arrived on time and in perfect condition, with no scratches or dents. When I contacted their customer service about a minor issue in November, they offered a promo code as an apology and solved the matter immediately. They have a good customer-oriented approach!”

“First, thanks for asking for my feedback! The payment process took a little longer than expected, but the delivery was fast and efficient. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Unigrade for anyone looking for quality products but if you take +3-7 days more than they claim for it to be shipped”

“The Asus GPU (Rog Strix Gaming RTX4090) that I recently bought from Unigrade came 3 days later than expected owing to shipping complications. Even though this was disappointing, the customer service staff helped keep me informed at every stage and as compensation they gave me a special discount on my next purchase. “It took nearly 3 times longer to receive my box than was expected. However, when it did arrive, I admit I was very pleased with the quality of the product because I was so crazy about the delay and was sure there were some issues with the machine itself. But nope..thanks God. Also, thanks Unigrade for the advice, it is much more powerful than my previous L3+ miner, your support reps were right!”

“I recently purchased a mining machine that has 8 GPUs of Sapphire Toxic Radeon RX 6900 TX from this store. Fast delivery. However, unfortunately, I wasn't able to install it without their assistance. It took 3 days to resolve the matter.”

“My graphics cards from Unigrade arrived 3 days late due to shipping delays. Although this was a disappointment, the customer service team was still helpful in providing me with updates every step of the way. They even offered to compensate for my delay with a special discount on my next purchase, which was really nice. All in all, I'm still satisfied with Unigrade's products and services and would definitely recommend them.”

“Unigrade has been a lifesaver for me since I started getting into mining. Not only do they provide top-of-the-line mining rigs, but they also provide expertise in terms of miners' farming and technical issues. Take one star down for the shipping that was delayed for days.”
