“Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, commit to refunds in writing then back track, terrible generator, used twice and broke, returned at our cost, "fixed" and sent back and was worse post repair than it was before we sent it back, how does a brand new machine have fault but more how does a repaired item leave their workshop dangerously faulty??? Insisting on repairing again even though I've made it so clear I want a refund, which they completely ignore and carry on. Delivery will be rejected and it's now my mission to see this through. Would not recommend based on our experience, to anyone.

One small thing - there was an extra part not shown in the user manual and I had no clue! Did a bit of detective work and worked it out from a similar Norse machine.
