After ignoring my emails sent directly to them, I posted an online review. After Union Mart read my online Review, they communicated and eventually asked me to go to the trouble (rather than they collect) of taking this large boxed item to a courier collection point (many miles away as I am in a rural area). After they had received it, I waited 2 days before asking them about this further delay (I should not have had to chase them again). They said that they had replaced the "pump" on this twice used item. I stated that I would prefer a refund as a twice used machine should not be having its pump replaced (pressure washer - so main item of this machine) after only two uses. They refused and said they would return it to me. It is now 23rd March and I still have not received a refund or the machine. This complaint started on 5th March.

AVOID AT ALL COST's OR IT WILL COST YOU Bought a brand new pressure washer from Union Mart and it wouldn't start . We have been fighting with Union Mart to get it replaced or a refund to no avail .. after 6 months it was finally collected after 3 courier companies refused it due to it having "had" petrol in it ( we cleaned out all the fuel before it was due to be collected). It was then returned to us again after a few weeks despite us saying we didn't want the faulty washer back, with Union Mart saying it had been fixed ...the reports they provided us with stated it had " Rusty Pistons" and need the spark plugs replaced .. on a " Brand New" machine ?? . We have been fighting with Union Mart ever since .. it was again returned after the pistons & Spark plug was replaced .. and guess what .. It still won't start ! .. had enough of 9 months of fighting with them... Still no refund or working machine... we're now going to report them to Trading standards and start legal proceedings against Union Mart .. luckily we have enough documentation to prove our claim .. we will also be claiming the cost of hiring pressure washers so that we could complete booked work and lost days work when we we're unable to hire another pressure washer, together with the stress this entire situation has caused us. ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY THAT SENDS OUT BROKEN, RUSTY MACHINES "AS NEW" !! . AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Hey everyone, my name is Ludovic Eagle and I buy on ebay a winch cost me £399 and this stupid company sends me the wrong winch… I contact and I explained… and range for collection… twice send me back same winch… how nice playing… the worst’s ever happened with me… for 5 weeks I a on costumer service and I have not received my money back… please costumer be careful….

I purchased a welder from Union Mart through Amazon and the receipt entitled me to a £10.00 refund for a 5 star review on Amazon and Google. I did this as I was happy with the welder and did not hear from Union Mart again. Emailed their reviews address twice and no response. Might have been a scam to get a 5 start review.

Union Mart sell faulty goods, valve failure after 1 hour, refused to refund, refused to collect. Want me to pay £117 to send it to them for a repiar after using it for 1 hour. Ive had it since March 2020 yes, but ive used it for 1 hour and got it out to use the other day and it wont stay running, Union mart said its fulty valves and want me to return it to them at a cost of £117 postage and thats before packaging cost. so ive got to lumber around an 90KG generator and pay £117 to send it to them after paying £500 to buy the heap of rubbish, It should be lasting 6 years really or at least 3, valves should last 2 to 3 years, NOT 1 hour, Union mart, you are an absolute joke, terrible customer service, complete robbery to say the least, I have read others have been sent refurbished ones that you sell as new, you should be stopped, its not fair play this.

Absolutely shocking company,I bought a pressure washer from them within weeks I had a fault, I was advised to return the pressure washer at a cost to me,DON'T buy from this company

Customer service non existent! Pressure washer broke within the 2 years warranty. Emailed to ask how I can get the product fixed. No reply. Called a week later for them to tell me 'the email I sent it to was wrong' yet its the email clearly displayed on the 'contact us' section. Then was told they couldn't deal with anything over the phone and proceeding to give me an alternative email address. Struggling to see why that's not displayed on their website. Only reason I can see is they don't want to make it easy for you to get in touch if there is any issues with your order. I then proceeded with my enquiry giving all details and invoice numbers, only to receive a reply asking for my name and address details, which I had already supplied, again just trying to bide time and deter you from perusing. Once I confirmed these details again I received an email giving instructions about how to fix my pressure washer which were for a petrol machine. If they'd bothered to check the invoice details they had been so eager to request they'd have seen it was an electric machine! The saga continues but i have a sinking feeling which is leading my to the thought that legal action will be the only way to get this resolved.

Purchased pressure washer 5th of April on backorder, item supposed to be back in stock on 17th of May, comes 17th of May checking on their website - item not in stock, all the fun begins, long story short, called there customer support numerous times, been told different lies every single time I called them, starting with - item arrived today will be shipping tomorrow you’ll receive it within few days, item will be back in stock in 2 weeks and will be shipped to me, item not in stock , order canceled and will refund me, no refund call again, different rep this time but the same story, will refund me , nearly 4 months later, neither pressure washer, neither money!

Terrible customer service and your guarantees mean nothing if your pressure washer breaks down after using it twice you have to pay to send a thing that heavy back yourself and then if you do repair it it comes back and then it breaks down again and then you would have to pay again absolutely big joke

Impossible to contact via telephone number as calls are unanswered. Email conversations are stopped when your item found to be out of warranty which is odd as that’s when they would stand to earn money. Tried to gain a link to buy an item but my emails have been unanswered. I have bought 2 power washers now from this company but wonder now why my money is of little interest to them?

Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, commit to refunds in writing then back track, terrible generator, used twice and broke, returned at our cost, "fixed" and sent back and was worse post repair than it was before we sent it back, how does a brand new machine have fault but more how does a repaired item leave their workshop dangerously faulty??? Insisting on repairing again even though I've made it so clear I want a refund, which they completely ignore and carry on. Delivery will be rejected and it's now my mission to see this through. Would not recommend based on our experience, to anyone. Video loaded showing "repaired" generator on 1st use after return...

Been sold a faulty pressure washer ordered it in Feb 2021 used in 5 mins black smoke started pouring out of it, phone company and they want me to pay the postage for returning it them joke absolutely jokers, man on telephone not helpful at all £159.99 down the drain which I cannot afford to lose.

just purchased the wilks RX550i jet wash , first impression was a very well produced product , obviously huge amounts of money and time R&D this product ...... shame they didn't spend a couple of pounds on a manual that was in the least informative , what you would expect ??? ...NO !, complete waste of time , should have left me to just guess what goes with what etc , as for informing one on the how to use the cleaning solution unit ....not a single word on it !!!!! I have to say , who the hell at Wilks ,thought that their manual was informative and well produced , really needs to sit up and smell the coffee !!!! you really need to take stock of your marketing ability .

Union mart UK joint à son expédition des bon de remboursement contre bonnes évaluation . Les évaluations laissées il ne tiennent alors pas leurs engagements . Que penser d' une telle pratique ? Si cet avis est contesté je mettrai en avant les preuves de mes propos quant à cette pratique commerciale honteuse .

before buying a Rohr 160 Tig set, I enquired of your product support, did this welding set have a WP9 torch? The reply , verbatim, was "I am being told it has a WP9 torch". on this advice I purchased the welder, which arrived, with your usual very fast service, today. On opening the box of a very good value welding machine, the second I have bought from you, the torch was a wp17, a much larger item than the WP9, I can get on with this OK, as the welder appears so good for the money, but NO PRODUCT SUPPORT is better than INACCURATE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Bought a battery charger from them used once and didn’t work. Company refused to honour the warranty. Judging by other reviews on other sites other customers have experienced the same! Plenty of good British Companies around unfortunately a Union Mart isn’t one of them! My advice is avoid them at all costs and buy from a decent company!

The customer service of this firm is diabolical. I was initially sent a faulty generator that wasn’t performing as it should. It then took five days to get the generator picked and the so called fault repaired and now I’ve been waiting five days and counting for it’s return, of which I’m still waiting. So the so called 72 hour turn around on faulty products isn’t quite working. The costumer service I've received through out has been none existent from Most of the staff.
