“I purchased their UB Sim chip to help unlock my mom's phone in the Philippines. She did every stop as instructed in the video as well as doing the process with me on FaceTime. It didn't work. I reached out to figure out a solution and tried everything that I was instructed to do and it didn't work. Instead of offering a solution or explanation, he kept blaming it on her and how she either didn't do it properly or broke the chip.
Finally, I had my mom record a video of her showing the chip was not damaged and that she did every step thoroughly as per their instructions for a refund.
