“The item that I ordered was considerably cheaper than through other suppliers. Very happy with the quality of the book too. The only downside is the choice of delivery company who although delivered in good time, left the parcel with the neighbouring business company whose working hours made it extra difficult for me to collect my parcel from them.”

“Llama light came slightly damaged as did the metal models. Delivery was fast although useless if you work as delivery service won't allow to put in a safe place. Customer service contacted me very quickly and resolved my issues. Refunding me on the llama light and sending out a replacement tank. Very pleasant to deal with, they went out of their way to make sure this was resolved without me even asking.”
