“This is a fake company. They've taken money and haven't send the goods. I've reported them on twitter and Facebook but they're still advertising on there.”

“Ordered the Nike wind breaker jacket over a month ago paid for tracked delivery and still not received anything. Cannot contact them. Tried email and phone. Please avoid it’s a scam. I didn’t get a refund or the jacket.”

“I made two orders one for which a full price and the second 50 % in order to compensate for the long delay of the processing of the first order. No one of two orders 14577 and 13566. And now after one month and half i didn't receive my items or any refund. I sent many emails which many remain without replies. And received one automatic reply inviting me to order again with 50% reduction. Is this a valid way to do business? Are they a valid company or scam? Why Facebook is still advertising their products. I had a nightmare experience with them. Guenfoudi m”

“I wish i had seen all these reviews, same thing as everyone else, ordered one of those half price nike jackets after seeing it on facebook. (FUCKING FACEBOOK) been nearly 2 months and no reply, cant call, auto response from email, clearly a scam. I should have known. I left a negative comment on their facebook and they deleted it and blocked me. REPORT THEIR PAGE!”

“TOTAL SCAM DO NOT USE I've ordered 2 items from the Website after seeing an advertisement on Social Media. They sent 1 Item 3 weeks later that was the wrong size completely which i've returned and since heard nothing back from. Their phone number is out of service and no replies to emails or customer service lines. I've spoken with my bank and Action Fraud who said that I can claim my money back through my Banking Service after 30 days of no action”

“Its a scam! They appear to be selling Nike windbreakers for half price... I placed an order on 24th Oct and still haven’t recieved anything and when looking at other reviews it seems that everyone who has ordered from them has the same issue. Please report their facebook page asap!!”

“Ordered a jacket on 18th October still haven’t received it & no replies to emails. It states on their website they are registered in the Cayman Islands but shipping seems to be somewhere in Europe then London is mentioned, definitely avoid!”

“Paid for goods on 19 October - nothing received. Auto response to email saying payments were delayed, although they debited on the same day. Or emails are ignored, have tried tweeting, facebook etc but not possible to communicate with the company. Looking at reviews below this company is operating fraudulently”

“I strongly recommend that everyone who has had a bad experience with Urban Online Apparel report them first to trading standards. I have done so. Also I strongly recommend writing bad reviews of them on their Facebook page. They will remove your negative comments soon after you post them and they will block you, but I encourage you all and those you know to do it nevertheless. I also recommend reporting them to Facebook as a scam and to pressure Facebook into removing their page. If enough of us do it we should see results. We cannot let these people get away with conning others!”

“Horrible Company I purchased my Jacket last October 20,2018 still have not received it, I sent an email and they have auto response saying that the payment was delay which is complete BS they charged my card the same day I purchase it. They also block me on their Facebook page. I just hope I still get the jacket.”
