“The reports we receive always had a typographical error, but the evaluator corrects it in the same day. I suggest that it is better to review the reports well before submitting it to the client. This will save time for the clients. Believe me, it is not easy to open link by link if it is a huge number of reports to review again and again. :)”

“4, because almost everything was great. Chat was 100% but previously poor explanation about the evaluation (why was my degree evaluated quite low). I was emailed paralel from different e-mail adress and one of them didn’t answered my question. That is why I started the chating.”

“Turnaround is quick. Only thing that happens occasionally is the full name is not on the document you send. You only showed my first name on the document, not my full name.”
