“I would have rated your service very good if I did not have a chat with a person called Kim who was very rude, unprofessional and have no idea about customer service. Otherwise my experience with you was very good, everyone I spoke to on chat other than Kim was very kind and helpful. I am so happy with my certificate. 😊”

“I get all the information by e-mail, but it was not the same by mail. I never get the printer evaluation in my mailbox in a sealed envelope. I don´t know if a I have to pay extra money for that.”
