“They were quick to provide the equivalency by pdf, however, I have never received the physical copy (after reaching out to them, it was sent to me, all good). I also made a comment regarding some content that wasn't clear to me and I never got a response from them. Overall, I recommend their services, as I have already done so in my department.”
