“I've been battling this, what should have been simple settlement payout turned into potential ugly litigation, going on a year now. I had taken our a previous loan with a different company. The service and dedication I received through USClaims/Delta Legal Funding was of a caliber that took me by surprise. They consistently kept in contact with me, despite local flooding from what was almost 2022's first hurricane in Miami!!! They never once made me feel like I was a bother or asking too many questions (and believe me I had A LOT of questions). They listened to me and my concerns and not only understood the importance of receiving funding, but empathized with me as well. They didn't make me feel like I was just a customer They would profit from. They made me feel like my situation really matters to them and I have no doubts that they actually care about their clients. I will never have enough good things to say about this experience. I have already recommended them to a family member, as well as my best friend who was in the car accident with me. Thank You Levi and all of USClaims and affiliates.”

“My pre-settlement submission with USClaims went very smoothly, without any issues or hitches. Only took a few days to go from submitting an application to having the money transferred into my account, ready to use. No complicated red tape or hoops to jump through. Wow. I was pleasantly surprised (and secretly delighted) that the entire process had been so easy and painless. Good job, USClaims! Thank you for allowing me to get another car after mine was totaled in a high-speed rear-end crash, which also broke my arm. The independence of having another car will go a long way towards getting my life back to how it was before the crash. Thanks again.”
