“I waited over a week and had to keep calling and when I finally got in touch with someone they had told me I was denied. I do not know why I received this email and I was not helped or kept informed by your company at all”

“I was very disappointed in the amount my lawyer said he submitted $2500 I was granted $1500:in a pivotal time where I really needed it hoping that you guys would come through but it didn't happen I was under the impression that it was $2500 seeing that my lawyer said it was approved you guys never reached out to let him know the amount that was approved so I could ask him to try someone else instead because you would think that would be mentioned bad business. I should have at least been notified.”
