“I appreciate what you gave me but it wasn't enough I'm still trying to catch up on my rent and I'm trying to give my grandson a proper burrl i wanted to cremate his lil body he's only 21 weeks gestational so my oldest daughter don't have and money so he's just frozen until we can come up with 25,000 For everything And the last thing was going to Vegas to see my last child graduate High school next month he's a honor roll student in so proud of him i haven't told him I'm not going to make it that will break his heart he worked so hard to achieve it”

“At first it was a like a bumb on the road, cause the first time I called I didn't get a response. The second time they got my information and said they would get with my attorney and get back with me. I called back a week later to follow up and no record was found. But Matthew Ziemek apologize for that and said "don't worry about that" I apologize, let me take care of you right now. And he did within five days I had my answer and my funds. He did a wonderful job and needs to be recognized for his performance and professionalism. Sincerely, Roy Romero”
