I snoozed my account and came back to restart service on the same day. I connected with US Mobile customer service through their Live Chat option. I requested a refund for the amount that is charged to snooze the plan since I was restarting service the same day. They were able to refund the amount and did it while we were on the chat. Representative (Haris) was great and very helpful. Thank you US Mobile!

Customer service is so helpful and the are kind patient and fast every issue I have had they have fixed for me very very quickly the prices are reasonable and I love the mix and match plans and how easy it is to add data minutes and texts during the month when you have run out they have me my refund and they were fast about getting it back the service is just as reliable as all of the other carriers out there
