“I have had technical problems with US Mobile while trying to get my issue straightened out. I spent most of my evening yesterday trying to get my phone to send texts and connect with internet when my wifi was on. I had numerous on line chats that kept getting disconnected which meant every time I tried to either call or chat I would get a different person and have to go over my problem. They finally sent me a message with instructions how to fix it myself. Today I found problem was not fixed. I tried to do an online chat but I have explained their ineffectiveness. They send multiple choice questions so quickly I couldn't even read them before they were sending more. Then they would say they were getting no response from me and drop the message. I am sure you can tell my unhappiness with chat solutions. They give US Mobile I bad name. Well, as bad as they were today I had the overwhelming good luck to talk to Muhammah Aliyan. He was very courteous and patient. He knew how to help me and walked me through the solution to fix my problem. He checked my phone by sending me texts and having me access my internet. He did not drop the call or get frustrated with me for not knowing things like Access Point Names, Proxy, MMs or how to access them. He really helped lift the feeling of utter dread I had knowing I would have a repeat of yesterday. I am 73 years old and not tech savvy but I am a baby boomer and there are more of our age than any other. US Mobile should have the chat people learn how to deal with people. But, I couldn't have been happier with Muhammuh. And coming from me, that is saying something.”

“I just got off the phone with Nobel, who solved my phone problem today! He was so patient in diagnosing the issue, explaining what he knew, and helping me try fix the phone. I was delighted when his advice worked. I have always found service at US Mobile to be swift and effective! I am grateful for the round-the-clock support that has gotten me connected again whenever needed. Thank you, Nobel and US Mobile!”

“Hello my name is Jill Brannon and I would like to leave feedback on my customer service with the agent or operator who gave me service today with us mobile and his name is ammar ranjha. I have called and requested service maintenance or repair troubleshooting my device and their service at the time of 7:47 p.m. on January 16, 2023. I've been with multiple carriers and I've never had more excellent service than the agent has given me today.He has outstanding communication was very attentive and really was striving to reach anything and everything that he could do above and beyond for me, the agent also had fallen through with everything he said and gave me my customer call back like other carriers usually do not after they say they will. He had taken his time with me and there was no rush and really did a great detailed job. He was also very knowledgeable in his profession working with us mobile he was very knowledgeable about fixing and correcting the issue as well as great with skills as far as customer service as driving above and beyond for the customer and I would love for US Mobile to be informed that they need a hundred more like him because of him and only because of him I choose to be a US Mobile customer and he has great leadership skills and very patient and I would like to see this representative that I had the pleasure to speaking with today to be informed of his awesome skills and dedication and service for u.s. Mobile's customers and would love to see some kind of token of compensation for his dedication and hardworking. Although it would be so great to have him in the same Department that he is and now because we need a thousand of him but unfortunately I think he needs to be bumped up or promoted to a more higher position possibly of management or engineering for us mobile company. Truly I hope US Mobile recognizes what Jim they have I would like to have a follow-up on my email or my comment here to whomever it concerns to make sure what I am speaking of does not fall on deaf ears or tired fingers lol :) Thank you Ammar for your outstanding EXCELLENT SERVICE AND dedication.”
