“Ghazanfar Ali helped me beyond measure to fix a problem that happened when I switched to US MOBILE. He was on the phone with me for over 4 hours. Very polite & patient. If you have a problem ask for him. I highly recommend him.”

“Such a great cell company. If you want to talk with someone instead of just messaging back and forth, just call. I had an issue with activation , my phone stinks, then I called and talked with Syed Ihsaan and he took care of me. Very friendly and thorough. Great experience. Thank you Syed and US Mobile.”

“I didn't have to change my plan because US Mobile's new plan gives me even more data. The representative was very helpful and helping me navigate through the website to pay my bill. I will be opening an additional line for my parent. It's been over a year and US Mobile service has been excellent. No drop calls and the data speeds have been great.”

“I had an amazing experience when working with Syed Ihsaan when trying to corrected functions that were not working on my phone. His patience, knowledge and direction was instrumental in walking me through every correction. This was the third such call I have encountered with US Mobile’s technical team and each time I receive the same excellent service.”

“Thinking about switching to US Mobile and had questions regarding the plan on Amazon and if my phone would be compatible. I called and got Harris who was so kind and helpful that I have decided to try US mobile. If I love the service and all the customer service reps are as great as he is, I will stay with the company for a long time.”

“Customer Service is always amazing with this company. Agent Name : Syed Ihsaan Took excellent care of me and fixed my issue within 5 min. Pretty amazing for any cell phone carrier. Also, there are never any surprise charges when it comes time to pay the bill. I'm one happy customer!”
