“Honestly really happy with this company. I got a letter asap and was able to get approved at my apartment to have a cat. Don’t bother registering your pet or getting any of the extra supplies, like a collar, harness, etc. Also be aware the letter is for an ESA, not a service animal. All you need is the letter and you’ll be fine. Some landlords can make it a hassle to get approved, but my therapist was able to talk to them directly and resolved the issue.”
“I have made it my job to audit every big company in this service animal/emotional support animal space and USServiceAnimals.org is the only one that actually put me in touch with a licensed medical professional that had the power to approve or deny me. All of the others just immediately approved me after a brief questionnaire. That's crazy. With that being said, I have to say they are legitimate.
