“ I was very disappointed in utility customer services felt I got got fob off time and time again when I was on the phone yo customer service i was off the supply for 3 day with out hot water or gas had to go out and pay for heater to heat my own home the enginer who come out zaheer was fantastic very kind and very professional he made sure we had heating on in our property zeheer come out to the property late at night and did a fantastic work and didn't rush the job he really did take his time I'm so happy with everything zaheer had done he even fitted new meter in our property I'm so please for everything our enginer has done for us ”
