6 months down the line we get a bill in saying we now owe them money, which came as a shook as they stool £1345, ever since then we have been complaining and they have been refunding money to our account until now, we had a massive row on the phone and they have refused to refund direct fees which they are charging at £75 per month and refused to sort my account out saying that they can't do nothing and that we are in breech of our contact, beware of this company they will rip you off and i'm not the only one.

I am owed £227 by Utility Point my final bill was on the 23rd of July 2021 you are entitled to your refund within 10days.It is now over six weeks and many phone calls and i still havnt got my money back.The standard reply is you will get in in the next 10 days,it never happens
