what is the cost of termination

The exit fee is £30, which is reasonable in my opinion. I have seen the big companies charge £80+!! Utility Point Referral Code Maroon1011557

Is there anyone out there prepared to write a review which doesn't contain an ulterior motive? Put simply, I can't accept in good faith any review detailing a referral code for the writer to get £25 off their bill, as obviously it wouldn't matter if you thought they were absolutely terrible really, because if 50 people used your code your whole year's worth of power would be free, so you have an incentive to lie.

Yep. They are fine, but just small and basic. Does everything it needs to but their web portal is not as sophisticated as other providers. One thing I miss is being able to have a new formal bill produced just by submitting my reads They don't do that. But hey, I properly calculated my usage and compared their costs. They are the cheapest at the moment. If you want cheap and simple they are the pick. I don't have the money to pay extra to get tech luxuries. Their support is quick to respond but only available in normal working hours. Another trade off. But they are just the people you pay for energy so the only time you need to contact them is for account matters. Not the actual supply - you still report faults to the local provider. I get your point that the incentive could make reviewers biased but to be honest it's a great deal. Grab it while it's there. I used someone else's and got credited 12 days after my switch. (switched 1 April, credit on my account 12 April) - and btw if I had a bad experience I'd be straight on here to moan about it. Here's my code if you want to do it: Cyan1009058 Fill your boots!

Hi there. I've just signed up to your Switch service but have a question. The supplier I'm switching to (Utility Point) charge a £72 exit fee - so if your service identifies a better deal for me to be on during the contract period and automatically moves me to it, won't I be charged £72 by Utility Point? Thanks, Ben

Can't find a telephone number for utility point?
Asked by Karen dinning (5 years ago)
I emailed them and they wrote back in 45 minutes. I'd dig up the phone number for you but it's probably on their website.
