“It was so scratched up you can hardly see to back up which is why I bought it. The package it came in scratched the mirror like stuff reminds me of foil.”

Teresa, I'm very sorry to hear about the problem. Did you make sure to remove the clear protective covering on the mirror? There is a small tab that you can pull it off with at the lower left corner. If this isn't removed, it will appear as blurry and scratched. Please let me know. We can contact the manufacturer if this isn't the issue. Best Regards Jon UTV HQ
