“I am returning a new product box unopened. Return policy: Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them All returns must be in the original packaging and unused Windshields with the protective covering removed are not returnable Special ordered items are non-returnable All return expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless the incorrect part was shipped in error Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received 15% restocking fee will apply You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. THIS WAS ONE OF THE RETURNS IN THE POLICY SHE FORGOT.”

“I was aware when I ordered that there would probably be a delay due to COVID-19, but I’ve gotten absolutely no updates since I ordered it a month ago... Of course the money came out of my account immediately, but since then, nothing. So customer service is nill at this point...”

Hi Nathan, There is no delay on this product, they are listed right on the site as 5-6 weeks before shipment as they are custom made when the order goes in. That is also why you have been charged. If you have any other questions you can always give us a call!

“I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago. I never received the item or an email to inform me of a delay on the shipment of item. I emailed them last week to check status and no response. POOR customer service! I may just make my purchase elsewhere. Very unfortunate.”

“Created an account on August 23rd. Website told me it would send me an email to confirm my account. Never received. Placed an order on good faith after confirming my email address in my account. To date, no emails but the one asking my opinion on the UTVHQ website’s customer service. It either needs some technical love, or the confirmation messages about being sent emails about account creation and orders need updating.”
