“I ordered a windshield and paid for it and the very next day after I was charged for it and the money came out of my account, I received an email saying that they no longer had that product in stock that the manufacturer discounted the product! That would have been nice to know before they took the money out of my account, I’m still waiting for a refund!”

Hi Monika, We work with many manufacturers and do our very best on both ends to keep updated with all the information on products, that being said every once in a while we do not know that a product has been discontinued until an order for it goes in. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Your order was cancelled as soon as it was discovered and your money was refunded, it takes up to 48 hours for it to be back in your account.

“I had placed and order On Dec 20th , had not received any update. When I reached out to customer service I have yet to hear anything back and still no estimated time for my order to ship. It is now Jan. 2. My card was charged the day I placed the order.”

“I'm not a customer. You have the wrong email address. I responded to the first email sent from one of your employees who were trying to confirm a shipping address that this was not the correct email. Now I'm getting multiple emails from your company. Go Away Please.”

“Had to call 4 times to check status of my order over the course of 4 weeks. 3rd call I made, I was told my item was shipped on nov 5th. I called back on nov 12th and they still could not confirm my order was shipped.”

“Ordered Highlifter arched trailing arms for my Polaris Razor in orange was sent Black ones instead when I called they said yes they made a mistake and all they were willing to do was give me 50 Dallars off when I asked to speak to the owner I was told he would not speak to me I was basically told that was all that they would do for me I asked them if the owner ordered a new car in Black and came in white would he be allright if they gave him 50 Dallas. Of would he be alright with that Will Never Buy From Them Again”

“Linda from sales was rude and lied to me. I ordered a product and was told I would have delivery in a few days. When the package did not arrive as promised I was told by the rude Linda Joseph that the product is custom made and takes week to deliver. Just like the product page shows she snorting added. I then sent a pic of the product page where it does not state that it is custom made or that it will take weeks. I have yet to receive a reply. I would give zero stars if I could.”

“Windshield was damaged upon arrival. Salesman advised on phone that a replacement would be sent. Then tells me in a condescending email that he never told me that and that a plastic hinge was sent instead. Item has never arrived. I understand now was this company has a F rating with the BBB. I will never do business with this company again and I have a windshield I cannot use.”

“Utv hq was good to deal with but the product was subpar. Spike doors. Doors don't seal around frame good, bolts missing, I bolt parts missing from latch, zippers around frame are crappy they come apart and you have to keep working them back and forth to get them to hold, one of the padded handles split on both ends, the inside door handles flex a lot won't last long being used. Very displeased. My OEM doors on 2015 ranger work great still after 4 yrs. I expect a call from UTV HQ”

“Nothing wrong with UTV Headquarters. It's the overpriced windshield that I bought. For $370 the mounting system should be more sophisticated than Velcro. Unless all straps are in place, the windshield slides down the rollcage. If all straps are in place, then to access the storage compartment, there is the time consuming removal of four straps, open the hood, close the hood and re-strap everything. Not happy!”

“Very poor customer service,rude guarantee I will never purchase any products again nor will I refer anyone to UTV Headquarters. I Was lied too a couple of times and basically brushed off. Asked to talk to the owner and salesman always said was not available. Thinking about putting something up on social media to warn others of the issues so they don’t go through what I had too.”
