Only issue I had is that you have to purchase not knowing when shipment is expected. 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months.

Took too long to ship I ordered on Monday and was not shipped until Wednesday according to tracking info.

Your seat illustration when I selected my 2018 Can Am Defender XT Cab was a little confusing to me. The illustration shows a passenger and center seat as one. The seat in my machine is three separate seats. I called your number and a person assured me the seat cover I ordered would fit my machine correctly. We shall see once I get it. Seat cover fabrics look amazing. Just hope the product is what it says it is.

Sir, Your product did ship the same day that you ordered it but the tracking was not available by the end of the day Friday. It was sent to you this morning since we are closed on the weekend. Your product according to the tracking will be delivered to you tomorrow. Our apologies for the delay in sending the tracking.

According to our records your tracking information was sent to your email address on your order on 4/12/19. Quite often what happens is that the tracking email goes into a spam/junk folder in your email or email address's are entered on the order incorrectly without our or the customer's knowledge.

Was missing seven 1/4 x1” carriage bolts and nuts for rubber flap and for manufacturer to send me these parts I had to take pictures of plastic bag with part # which is impossible since I never received parts to begin with . Also had to send all receipts etc . So I went to hardware store and spent 3.69 for the parts .

Quality of visors was good. Unfortunately, they did not center up on the front rail due to the curve of the bar, so the are off to one side. Had I known that the visor would be off center, I would have search for an alternative visor.

Ordered 2 windshields they both came in very quickly but only had hardware and straps for 1. Called and talked to someone. They said they were going to check with the warehouse and let me know. I have not heard anything in two days.

Order process is just acceptable. Searched several other websites and UTV had the best price overall. Standard “free” shipping is very slow compared to other competitors I’ve ordered from in the past. Haven’t received my order yet so I can’t comment on packaging or condition of package or accuracy of my order filled.

I was sent only one tracking number but my order was shipped in three separate shipments over a week apart. The blade was bent upon receiving it but I wasn’t returning just for that cause it would take another two weeks or more.

I purchased a winch that came as a kit with the options of wire or rope lead line and in dash board rocker switch. I chose the wire option. I received a call from customer service that the winch I purchased only comes with a rope option. They quickly recommended and upgraded winch that did come wire lead line but I would need to purchase the in dash rocker switch separately. So I did... Although a paid more money. I was very pleased with the upgrade. Unfortunately, I still have not received the rocker switch.

I ordered 2 of the exact same product, just in different colors. The first item arrived, the second was being shipped from the manufacturer. When it arrived it was different, different installation hardware, different cutout on one side. Turns out the one from your warehouse was old stock from several years ago and the mounting hardware had changed. The one shipped from manuafactuerer had correct current hardware but wrong style, when you sent my order you did not let them know that this was for a trail with standard shocks. So I received the part for the upgraded or aftermarket shocks. I wonder how many others have the wrong part on their machine? I would of never known except for the fact I ordered 2 sets.
