“I originally contacted your business to research a heater for my 2019 Yamaha Viking. I spoke with Bill who was the most cordial representative I ever spoke with. This veteran spoke to me like we knew eachother forever. For my hooked up and addressed me like a retired Marine with respect. I want everyone in your company to know Bill should be commended for his professionalism and is an asset to your business.
