“Ordered a power stirring unit for a john deere 620i . Was called three days later only to be told that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to receive the unit.I fill that on a large priced item as this there could have been a rush on it.Have the correct unit on its way in 4 to 5 working days and saved 75.00. Thanks for your concern, Lost Customer”

“Quality product, but need to improve communications. I called to find out if the item was in stock, prior to placing the order online. I was told on the phone that it was in stock. The item shipped 2 weeks after I placed the order. I sent an email 1 week after placing the order to find out shipping status.”

“Your representative called to offer us a substitute tire that was not back ordered, which we appreciated very much. We had to return the spare tire mount because it obstructed our view and would have been happier if we hadn't had to pay a 10% restocking fee, but otherwise, service was very good.”
