“The Denali plow kit was a blessing for efficient snow removal. The "county" plow design is far superior to any of the other designs I have used. High range and 10 mph throws the snow 6-8' off the road. 5 hrs to install initially, then watch out. Pleased with the product.”

The Ruff Tuff Seat Covers are custom made per order and take approximately3 1/2 to 4 weeks for manufacturing. You may have missed that this is stated on the listing for the product. Ashley, we apologize for the inconvenience of the missing hardware. All items are shipped new, in new boxes. Shipping carriers can be rough on packages at times causing tears in the boxes. When you reported the missing hardware it was shipped out that day, 3/1 and arrived to you on 3/4. We do our best to take care of customers and apologize that the carrier was rough on the package.
