It takes up very little room and contains everything needed for scrapes and scratches. Following an on-line chat with one of the V&P team the item was agreed to be returned and an alternative was suggested, the difference in price was settled and now just waiting to receive the product. A painless operation! I just wish the team at V&P would operate a verbal (telephone) help line service rather than just on-line as it would really help with understanding products - I appreciate that some might well misuse verbal comms but hopefully those would be scarce.”
