“Well priced and good communication. The delivery options are great and their returns system is good for basic returns I had to return a high value so decided to pay myself for postage with better insurance to cover it. They made accommodations so I did not have to use their built in system.”
“Great service - purchased a tent and inflatable mat - would have been 5 stars but tent arrived without seam sealer as advertised, contacted V&P and told they didn’t have any in stock. No offer of sending me a tube when re-stocked just advised me to contact Nortent. Just a little lack of customer response having spent a lot of money. Hence 4 stars.”

The only constructive feedback I can give you is for when you sent me an email for Black Friday which stated: “This Friday, 29th November, we’re emailing you an exclusive 15% off sitewide discount code”.
I kept checking my inbox throughout the day but you never emailed the discount to me, and I was frustrated as I thought the item I wanted might sell out. Eventually I checked the website and the discount was right there and I used it immediately.
So it’s my own fault that I didn’t think to check the website earlier in the day, but it was because I was told it was being emailed to me.
Not a big deal, but you asked for feedback to help improve, so there it is…
